As online entrepreneurs, we have to use to technology. There’s just no way around it. However, when it gets to the point where we can’t even go to the bathroom without our phone, it’s become a problem. #keepingitreal

Our brains are always going… Thinking up new project ideas, worrying about deadlines, responding to emails … it’s overwhelming.

Taking a step back from technology allows your brain to rest for a second and it also allows you to focus on one task at a time – making your day much more productive.

Technology should help you run your business, not control your life.
