Beach is my real name. I grew up in my parent's surf shops, so my name isn't brand strategy - it's truly who I am. I'm also a 2nd generation lifestyle entrepreneur. After living an early life that most people dream of, with homes in CA and HI, traveling, surfing, adventuring... I found myself living on my own at age 13.
That first Christmas alone, I vowed that no one would hold the power to take my lifestyle away again. Though I was young to be making such a serious commitment, that moment set the course for the rest of my life. After high school, I left for Costa Rica with a 1-way ticket and a surfboard, and naturally started coaching businesses based on what I'd learned from my parents.
Since then, I’ve designed all of my companies to live on my terms, strategically crafting online business models that have delivered life and location freedom.
CONTENT LICENSING STRATEGIST, BUSINESS CONSULTANT TO LEADERS, & LIFESTYLE ENTREPRENEUR
For nearly three decades, I’ve been coaching and consulting visionary entrepreneurs — building businesses, designing new models, and helping leaders scale in ways that align with their values.
Licensing became a natural extension of my consulting offers as I helped leaders turn their intellectual property into scalable, revenue-generating assets.
My official business consulting journey began when I was 20, followed by creating one of the early online coaching businesses, developing digital courses, and even launching an environmental nonprofit.
I’ve never been one to follow traditional paths — I choose to carve new ones that work for me. And, this is exactly what I help my clients do through licensing as well.

In 2008, I was in the thick of it — three boys under five, one with significant medical needs, and a consulting business that looked successful from the outside, running online courses and webinars, but it was slowly draining me. I’d be up late writing emails with a baby on my hip, or answering client calls from hospital waiting rooms. I loved my work, but I couldn’t keep up the pace. I needed a better way to grow — one that didn’t cost me everything else I cared about.
That’s when I found licensing. At first, it was just a small experiment — licensing my trademark to someone I trusted. But that single step opened a door. Within two years, my courses and programs were being delivered across 13 countries. I was still making an impact, but without showing up for every sale.
Licensing gave me space to breathe — to care for my sons, say yes to travel, pour into nonprofit work, and design a business that could grow with my life, not against it.
I also own five companies with my husband and spend 10 months a year traveling with my grown sons — or disappearing on solo surf trips to remote corners of the world. Time is my most valuable asset and licensing has made that life possible.
Today, I help leaders spread their work across industries and borders - making a significant impact. Their work becomes a bigger legacy — one I’m proud to be part of. Their success is personal for me, and I choose to work closely with companies where our visions and values align.
Now, it’s your turn.
Your 10x licensing opportunity belongs to you — powered by your brilliance, your message, and the lived experiences only you can bring. Your courses, methods, and ideas deserve to reach beyond you — into classrooms, boardrooms, communities, and lives. Licensing makes that possible. It allows your work to grow without requiring more of you, so you can free up time for what’s next.
