- Program Overview: Licensing Launchpad is an introductory training program on content licensing. SweetLife reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the program at any time.
- Promotion Standards: Promote Licensing Launchpad truthfully, ethically, and in alignment with SweetLife’s brand values. Do not make false claims, income guarantees, or misrepresent the program.
- Approved Marketing: Use only approved marketing materials provided by SweetLife. Promotional content must accurately represent Licensing Launchpad as an introductory program and must not be positioned as full licensing implementation training.
Prohibited Activities
- Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
- Paid search advertising on “Licensing Launchpad,” “April Beach,” or “SweetLife”
- Cookie stuffing or fraudulent tracking manipulation
- Misrepresenting your relationship with SweetLife or April Beach
- Making income guarantees or promises of specific results
Commission Structure:
- 40% Commission ($78.80) for each successful referral
- 30-day cookie duration
- Commission is calculated based on the actual purchase price paid by the customer
No Earnings Guarantee: Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee any minimum earnings, volume, or income. Commissions are earned only on completed, qualifying purchases.
Pricing & Availability Rights: SweetLife reserves the right to change the price of Licensing Launchpad, offer discounts, bundle the program, or provide it for free at any time. Commission eligibility applies only to paid purchases and may be impacted by pricing changes.
Program Details
- Payment Schedule: Monthly
- Payment Methods: Zelle or PayPal
- Refunds: If a customer requests a refund within the refund window, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account balance.
- Termination: SweetLife reserves the right to terminate an affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, and at its sole discretion. Termination may occur immediately and without notice. SweetLife is not required to provide an explanation for termination.
- Relationship Status: Affiliates are not employees, independent contractors, partners, agents, or representatives of SweetLife or April Beach and have no authority to act on behalf of or bind SweetLife in any manner.
- Intellectual Property: All promotional materials, brand assets, and content remain the property of SweetLife and may not be altered, modified, or repurposed without explicit written permission.
- Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines for disclosure of affiliate relationships.
- Changes to Terms: SweetLife reserves the right to modify program terms, commission rates, or program structure with 30 days advance notice to active affiliates.
- Quality Standards: Given the premium nature of this program, SweetLife reserves the right to review promotional content and request modifications to ensure brand alignment and audience appropriateness.
